Job Description This role will have responsibility for both analysis and design on relevant Billing projects, whilst ensuring traceability of outcome through development, testing, training and business readiness elements of the project lifecycle.
Develop deep understanding of Billing processes and associated business and customer experiences
Use data-driven decision-making to analyse customer outcomes, broader MI, and complex business problems. Impact assessment of production incidents, analysis and coordination of solutions and remediation
Support detailed design, documentation and build of the Billing processes and customer experience
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and create features and user stories, ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer needs
Proven experience working on billing or payment system focused projects, including developing and enhancing functionality of these systems (from both a technical and governance view).
Experience in process analysis and improvement initiatives, certification such as Lean/Six Sigma would be an advantage
