Retail Graduate Manager - South Coast | Havant | Full time | Permanent Graduate (Fixed Term) | 45 hours per week | salary: Competitive salary

At ASDA we're focused on growing our store portfolio and empowering future retail leaders. The 2026 Retail Graduate Programme is developed in partnership with current store managers, many of whom were on similar graduate programmes.
Responsibilities
* Participate in a fast-paced, two-year graduate programme to learn all aspects of store management.
* Complete a series of placements within your region, progressing every six months and taking on increasing levels of accountability.
* Contribute to managing store operations, including rota planning and holidays, and handle management issues such as disciplinary and grievances as required.
* Develop leadership skills to become a store manager of the future, with potential progression to operations manager in a large store or to manage your own express store after two years.
* Work a rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings and occasionally late nights.
* Receive training across different areas of retail and ongoing development to enhance skills and capability.
Qualifications and requirements
* Recent graduates or those with some work experience who demonstrate the right attitude and ambition for a bigger, better career.
* Degree is not required.
* A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
* Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided for graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
