About the Role:
* Be the go-to person for all internal IT and tech-related issues
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network faults
* Work closely with an external IT partner for more complex problems
* Manage IT inventory and maintain all systems and equipment across teams
* Support GDPR compliance and assist with Cyber Essentials accreditations
* Contribute to system/process improvements and identify new tech solutions
* Liaise with suppliers and support automation/CRM projects
* Maintain a safe and tidy comms room and support the Collect system
Who You Are:
* Experienced in IT support, with strong knowledge of hardware/software setups
* A confident communicator—clear, tactful, and people-friendly
* Organised and able to multitask across systems and responsibilities
* Proactive, commercially aware, and always on the lookout for improvements
* Flexible, willing to learn, and enthusiastic about driving efficiency
