Job Brief:
* TheBusiness Development Manager for International Student Recruitmentwill oversee all student recruitment activities businessdevelopment activities account management and marketing events forB2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies topromote international student recruitment forRRG.
* Under the direction of the InternationalAdmission Team you will implement and coordinate the processing ofstudent applications to different UK Universities that we areworking in partnership with.
* You will bereviewing incoming applications and validating applicationsacademic records and/or professionalexperience.
* You will oversee the daytodayaspects of admissions liaising with various internal and externalstakeholders on relatedmatters.
Responsibilities:
* Marketand add partner network(Agents).
* Setup and trainingof branch office andagents.
* Weekly managementmeetings
* Establish and runquality control procedures and processes for relevantoffices.
* Investigatecompetitors new marketing opportunities and branding activitieswithin the cities we have offices as well in prospectivecities.
* Work with directorsto create a sustainable marketing sales & operationsstrategy
* Identify keyparameters to determine and create a pipeline of suitable branchoffice and agentscandidates.
* Work closely andcooperatively with other directors to develop train onboard andassure quality control of allbranches.
* Franchise set uptraining and oversee franchiseoperations.
* Assist with thesuccessful launch and promotion of the brand in the franchisemarkets/regions.
* LeadBusiness Development and Application support team to driverecruitment growth for eachoffice.
* Ensure that RRGbecomes a leading player in all selected franchise/agent networkmarkets over a midterm 2 to 5year timeframe (metric recruitmentnumbers as % of the market fairs and brandawareness).
* Engage relevantinhouse divisions and franchise team to support rapid andsuccessful setup training roll out and businessoperations.
* Assist franchiseoperators in driving aggressive salesgrowth.
* Liaise withappropriate front/backoffice function heads to ensure timelyresources are employed for thefranchise.
* Cooperate onother projects based on instructions and agreements with seniormanagement.
* Feed into theannual budget for allfranchises.
* Provideappropriate levels of leadership and direction to ensureHighquality annual businessplans.
* Strategic analysisand assisting franchises with Business development strategy andimplementation.
* Accuratemonitoringof
1. Salesperformance.
2. Sales pipelinefrom Student enquiries to universityoffers.
3. Franchisepromotional expenditure within agreedlimits.
* Responsiblefor planning and executing marketing business development and leadgeneration activities for the allocatedregion.
* Visit a wide rangeof schools colleges universities and corporations to buildrelationships conduct seminars workshops and other marketing topromote UK education RRG brand and generateleads.
* Conduct and manage awide range of BTL and marketing activities for theregion.
* Coordinate withcorporate office with for all regionpromotions.
* Investigatecompetitors new marketing opportunities and branding activitieswithin the cities we have offices as well in prospectivecities.
* Should Managesupport or participate RRG Fairs other Fairs and/orEvents.
* Must submit dailyweekly and monthly activity reports to respective reportingmanagers.
* Support seniormanagement to any new ventures andprojects.
* Assisting withdaily administrative duties around theoffice.
* Should be willing totake up additional responsibilities based on the needs of theorganization.
* Ensuremonitoring and validation of the leads generated by regionactivities.
* Developing newbusiness and liaison with existingpartners.
* Development of theRRGbrand.
Experience:
* Salesforceor database managementexperience.
* We will considerapplicants who have represented an institution directly (locatedanywhere in the world) or with significant agency experience whereyou have managed a subnetwork ofagents.
* Further or highereducation qualifications or equivalentexperience.
* Experience instudent support in Higher Education preferably with experience indealing with internationalstudents.
* Experience withprocedures and knowledge of student visas isessential.
* Ability to managea diversity of tasks and organize and prioritise own workload whileunder pressure.
* Ability tocontribute to and work within a team. Ability to work on owninitiative to resolve a range ofproblems.
* Excellent verbaland written communicationskills.
* Ability todemonstrate cultural awareness and able to demonstrate a high levelof empathy and understanding with internationalstudents.
* Excellent ITskills in an administrative setting including word processingskills and using a multiuser student recordsystem.
* Experience of usinga Higher Education student record system isdesirable.
* Ability to workflexibly to ensure completion of tasks such as outside standardworking hours during busy periods of theyear.
