Head Chef - Up to £42,000 + Tips | 45 hrs per week
Blue Arrow is acting on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced and creative Head Chef for a high‑quality, recently refurbished 4‑star hotel with restaurant, bar, meeting, and events operations.
What You'll Do
Lead the kitchen and maintain exceptional food quality across all outlets
Create seasonal menus within GP targets
Manage stock, costs, and labour budgets
Train, develop, and motivate a strong kitchen team
Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, H&S, and company standards
Work closely with senior management to maximise profitability
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous in a 4‑star or high‑volume operation
Creative, passionate, and confident in delivering modern, high‑quality dishes
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
