You’ll love this role if you…

* Want to make a real impact in a growing agency
Key Responsibilities:
Set Projects:
* Lead and manage the planning and delivery of key events, including but not limited to corporate functions, private parties, and team events & experiences.
* Support on larger and more complex events – in both planning and onsite delivery.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and manage expectations through regular communication.
* Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event logistics are covered (catering, décor, entertainment, AV, etc.).
* Develop and manage event timelines and budgets, ensuring all elements of the event are executed to the highest standard and on schedule.
* Oversee on‑site event operations, ensuring seamless execution, problem-solving on the day, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
* Support the operation team with a variety of event-related tasks as needed, including event research, administration, and procurement.
* Assist with client communications, creating proposals, presentations, and reports as required.
* Help manage event post‑mortem tasks, including feedback collection, reporting, and invoicing.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Coordinate event staffing and suppliers to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.
* Track event progress and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client specifications.
* Handle any troubleshooting or unexpected issues that may arise during events or planning phases, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in event management, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role. We will consider less experience for the right culture fit.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism in client interactions.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for event success.
* Proficiency in Google products and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of budgeting, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
* A flexible, “can‑do” attitude with the ability to handle changing priorities and ad hoc tasks.
* A passion for events and delivering outstanding experiences.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and long hours as required during events.
* Experience in both corporate and private event planning.
* Strong creative flair and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
We’d love to hear from you!
