We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Strategy to shape the F1 team's brand identity and to be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies that connect with fans and stakeholders.
They will enhance the team's presence in the competitive F1 landscape and support overall business objectives, and require a deep understanding of motorsport, marketing, and brand management, with an emphasis on increasing fan engagement and loyalty.

1. Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the values and aspirations of the F1 team.
Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop brand activations and initiatives that maximize the value of sponsorship relationships.
Evaluate and negotiate partnership opportunities that align with the brand strategy and enhance visibility.

4. Proven experience (5+ years) in brand strategy development and implementation, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or automotive industries.
5. Extensive knowledge of the F1 landscape, including trends, fan engagement strategies, and competitive positioning.
6. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics, with a track record of successful campaign management.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
8. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
9. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with a strong focus on driving results and Return On Investment.
