We're recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join an award-winning estate agency in Norfolk. This is a unique opportunity to step into a lead-rich environment with full training, ongoing mentoring, and uncapped earnings.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide tailored mortgage & protection advice to referred clients

* Conduct fact-finds and recommend whole-of-market solutions

* Liaise with lenders and estate agency teams

* Manage your pipeline and meet KPI targets

* What You’ll Need:

* CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent)

* Sales or customer service experience

* Clean credit history and full UK driving licence

* Ambition, professionalism, and a target-driven mindset

What You’ll Get:
