Responsibilities
* Lead core finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management to support strategic objectives
* Support system enhancements and implementations, improving reporting, controls and overall finance processes
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver insightful financial reporting, analysis and decision support
* Contribute to wider transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation and technology‑driven projects
Qualifications
* Experience driving process improvements and supporting change within a finance function
* Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and influence decision‑making
* Confident communicator, capable of building effective relationships across all levels
* Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
