Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the Club ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
* Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
* Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to address any issues
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Manage functions ensuring Client satisfaction
* Manage Epos System and Card and Cash Payments
* Implement and enforce Club policies and procedures
* manage Hospitality Team on shift
Skills:
* Previous experience in a Club or hospitality management role preferred but not essential
* Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient in using Club management software systems
* Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
