Join this innovative team based near Northampton, as an Application Support Analyst with strong Oracle experience. We're looking for an Application Support Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in supporting Oracle applications and production support for their Core Banking products.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.
* Java programming and basic Unix shell scripting.
* Flexcube and/or OBDX experience.
* Background in Financial Services or Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Core Banking applications within a Financial Services or Online Banking environment.
* Manage batch cycles and transaction processing.
* Maintain detailed service support documentation.
* Take ownership of critical applications, incidents, and service requests.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software issues.
