The practice delivers schemes typically ranging from 100–300 units and has a strong reputation for design quality and collaborative working. * Oversee RIBA Stage 4 technical design and tender packages
* Lead Gateway Two submissions and technical compliance
* Manage client relationships and consultant coordination

* Strong background in UK residential design and delivery
* Proven experience in technical leadership and project delivery
* Excellent Revit skills, used daily in practice

* Flexible working hours
* Early finish on Fridays
* Annual summer trip and regular team socials
* Cycle‑to‑work scheme
* Site visits and precedent study trips
* Enhanced pension scheme
* Clear career progression within a growing practice
* My client offers a collaborative, design‑led environment with strong opportunities for influence, leadership, and continued professional development at senior level.
*Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.
