Fostering Supervising Social Worker
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (Depending On Experience)

The Role
They are looking for a passionate and experienced supervising social worker to join their close-knit team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who shares their values and is committed to supporting foster families and ensure that children thrive in their placement. As a supervising social worker, you will be responsible for providing professional support and supervision to a small caseload (No more than 10 families) of foster carers, helping them to deliver the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct monthly home visits to assess and supervise foster carers, ensuring that placements meet the needs of the children and align with the agencies policies and procedures.
