Head of Field Brand Marketing, UK | London, England

Convene Hospitality Group, a global leader in premium meeting, event, and hospitality experiences, is seeking a London‑based Head of Field Brand Marketing to join our global Marketing team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Brand Marketing, this role will own and lead the UK field marketing strategy, driving brand presence and market impact across the region. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven brand leader who can translate global strategy into powerful local execution, partnering closely with Sales and Operations to fuel demand, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate business growth.


What You’ll Do

The Head of Field Brand Marketing is responsible for bringing Convene Hospitality Group brands to life locally, including serving as brand guardian, ensuring brand touchpoints resonate on property and regionalizing global marketing vision for the local market and working in collaboration with leadership to develop, execute, track and optimize a high‑impact marketing strategy.

This role will serve as an extension of the Global Brand Marketing team, while working closely with local property and operations teams as well as community stakeholders.


Brand Guardianship, Openings, and Marketing Strategy

* Serve as brand guardian and champion across the region, including serving as local brand champion to support the evolution of a multi‑brand portfolio with a new collection brand launching in 2026.
* Spearhead the launch of new meeting and event venues in the region, including driving community interest, cultural relevance + B2B interest and supporting opening events.
* Own and regionalize a brand‑by‑brand, marketing plan and calendar that incorporates multiple marketing levers, including developing multi‑channel campaigns, content, activations, PR, partnerships, barter relationships and beyond.
* Bring in a point of view on local meetings and events trends across key segments to continue evolving offerings to meet market demand.
* Manage regional marketing budget.
* Serve as a true connector, working cross‑functionally with sales, revenue, operations, real estate, people & culture and finance departments.


Partnerships, Community & Events

* Determine an effective community event strategy that combines high‑ROI gatherings with thoughtful use of time and resources for community + hosted events.
* Provide marketing‑specific support for Convene‑attended local trade shows and marketing events as appropriate.
* Own start‑to‑finish brand activations with locally relevant partners.
* Drive partnership agreements and potential barters with regional associations, industry bureaus and local businesses.


Client Experience + Key Touchpoints

* Own the local client experience at each property, including touchpoints at arrival, meeting spaces, breakout sessions, catering breaks, and beyond.
* Own content for each property across multiple channels.
* Develop relationships with local influencers and be prepared to write and promote business‑specific communications (i.e. new awards, milestones, corporate initiative announcements, openings).
* Support local PR and media opportunities and activations.
* Work closely with local leadership on a daily basis to educate teams on regional and national marketing initiatives.

* This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, creating memorable experiences and connecting people to the community. Top candidates will have sales and marketing experience, event planning knowledge, and knack for data‑driven storytelling.
* The right person will be comfortable taking initiative, loves solving problems and will thrive in a fast‑paced and growing environment where cross‑functional collaboration is paramount. They will also have proven experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders as a team.


What We Look For

* 5‑7 years proven experience in lifestyle marketing, brand building, events, or partnerships
* An eye for aesthetics to create and showcase multi‑layered client experiences
* Familiarity with marketing technologies in automation (e.g. HubSpot), event (e.g. Eventbrite, Bizzabo), and optimization (e.g. Google Analytics) a plus
* Knowledge of social media platforms, associated media requirements, and best practices
* Detail‑oriented
* Problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to be a team player in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exemplary editing skills to review and provide feedback for written materials
* Experience with commercial real estate, architecture, or hospitality is a plus.


Requirements

* This position is regionally based and requires frequent onsite attendance. CHG has 12 properties throughout the UK region which is inclusive of London and Manchester.
* The person in this role is expected to familiarize themselves with each property and be present for onsite activations. CHG is a hyper‑growth company, so additional cities, properties and products may be added to this region.
* Onsite 60% and ability to travel to cities within the region.
