Salary: £38,000 - £48,000

They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Manchester.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
* Lead a range of projects from inception through to completion
* Produce technical information for tender packages
* ensure project compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
* produce design info across RIBA stages 3 through to 5
* carry out site visits and surveys to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Job running experience
* Experience managing projects across various sectors through to completion
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical detailing skills
* Ability to produce working drawing packages
* Previous experience detailing complex buildings
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
