Monarch Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Alternative Provision in Erdington for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to support secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who may have faced barriers to mainstream education. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide structured support that promotes engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behavioural outcomes.
