Lifting Equipment Engineer Hours: Monday – Friday days Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 Location: Acton An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lifting Equipment Engineer to join a long-established and respected organisation operating within the lifting and inspection sector. Known for high standards, technical expertise and a strong safety culture, this business supports a wide-ranging customer base across multiple industries. You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and testing of a broad range of lifting equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with current legislation. The Role – Lifting Equipment Engineer: • Inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of lifting equipment and accessories • Carrying out LOLER thorough examinations and completing associated documentation • Fault diagnosis and repairs within the depot and on customer sites when required • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, LOLER and PUWER regulations • Liaising with internal teams and customers to provide technical support and updates The Ideal Candidate: The successful Lifting Equipment Engineer will demonstrate the following: • Proven experience working with lifting equipment • LEEA qualifications preferred but not essential • Strong mechanical knowledge with excellent fault-finding skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional engineering team • Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: • Salary up to £45,000 • Overtime paid at time and a half • Annual bonus • Yearly pay review • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Healthcare programme including medical, dental and optical benefits • Stable Monday to Friday working hours Interested?
