With a long-standing reputation for excellence, the firm represents clients in some of the most complex, high-value personal injury cases nationally. As part of ongoing growth, the firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to strengthen its Serious Injury department. The Role This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with a proven track record in catastrophic or serious injury claims. The successful candidate will manage a streamlined caseload of 15 high-value cases, each typically valued at £250,000. To support your success, you will be provided with: A one-to-one dedicated Legal Assistant for file management and admin support. Access to first-class resources and technical backing. The option to work on a fully remote or hybrid basis, depending on your preference. Key Responsibilities Managing a specialist caseload of serious injury and high-value personal injury claims Delivering first-class client care to individuals and families in sensitive situations. Developing and progressing complex cases to achieve maximum outcomes. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the wider team's success. About You Solicitor with 5 years' PQE specialising in Serious or Catastrophic Injury. Experience handling claims in excess of £250,000. Excellent communication, negotiation, and litigation skills. Client-focused with a reputation for high-quality work. What's on Offer Competitive salary: £55,000 - £75,000 DOE.
