OurBathgateteam is looking for a Stock Administrator to join our Heineken Team. This role is primarily office-based, but occasionally you might be asked to assist with stock counts in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, excellent computer skills (especially Excel) and a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will workSunday to Thursday, covering the hours of22:00 to 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Managing the SAP system ensuring accurate inputs and updates
* Maintaining and aligning stock records for specific customers
* Operating and interrogating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify potential improvements
* Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience with SAP and WMS systems
* Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
* Highly organised, transparent and good timekeeper
* Strong attention to details
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
