An interesting opportunity has arisen within a company striving for ingenuity and continuously growing as an Office Administrator.
Working in a team the main duties of your role will be to complete daily administration. Showing extensive product knowledge, arranging appointments, manage correspondence and be a point of contact for HR issues.
Hours of work will consist of 09:00am-17:30pm Monday to Friday and offers £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Duties of the role:
Managing and dealing with HR issues and requirements.
Complete bookings an finalise meetings.
Prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations.
Maintaining the company database and updating as required.
Building good product knowledge regarding the companys products and any new products
introduced in to the range.
Contribute to organisation of staff lunches and events.
Liaise with providers.
