Overview
Blackstone Recruitment is working with a private company that is recruiting ADOS Clinicians with HCPC registration to join their clinics based in Canterbury, Kent or Basingstoke, Hampshire. These are ongoing associate contracts.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.
* Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families, as well as internal and external staff.
* Produce high quality, detailed reports in a timely manner.
* Work in pairs, completing 4 assessments per day (2 completed by you and 2 observed by another therapist).
Job Specifics
* Rates: up to £525 per day (completing 4 assessments in pairs).
* Working Hours: flexible across 7-day service (Mon – Sun).
* Contract Type: Associate.
Essential Requirements
* Must hold HCPC registration and can be from any of the following clinical backgrounds: Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
* A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.
* Holds the ADOS-2 certification.
* Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including BOSA.
* Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week in our Canterbury or Basingstoke Clinic.
* Good communication skills and a suitable level of IT literacy.
