About the position As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will spearhead Bigabid’s global marketing strategy and operations. This high-impact role requires a results-driven, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for performance marketing, branding, and collaboration. You will lead integrated marketing programmes that drive awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. Responsibilities Oversee all marketing activity across content, digital, events, social media, PR, and paid media. Develop and execute global marketing campaigns, including webinars, research reports, dinners, client mixers, and co-branded events. Manage and execute a comprehensive content marketing plan aligned to business goals and audience needs Create and maintain marketing assets including landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, presentation decks, case studies, event materials, and website content. Generate and oversee a cohesive product marketing strategy from inception to delivery. Ensure consistent application of Bigabid’s brand internally and externally. Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities. Manage and track performance of marketing activities, analysing KPIs and optimising for results. Lead competitive and market analysis to inform positioning and messaging strategies. Coordinate with external vendors for content, PPC/SEO, PR, branded merchandise (swag), and events. Support daily marketing operations including shipping, registrations, logistics, and budget tracking. Contribute ideas and feedback to a collaborative, high-performing marketing team. Represent Bigabid at key industry events and conferences. 4 years of B2B marketing experience, current or previous role must be in ad tech, mobile marketing. Proven track record of planning and executing digital and in-person campaigns. Experience with external vendors for SEO/PPC, content creation, and PR. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote, multicultural environment. Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and Google Analytics. Preferred Prior team leadership experience. Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Native-level English proficiency.
