We are seeking a reliable and experienced US Based Administrative Assistant with homecare industry experience to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and/or Weekends).
Key Requirements:
Must have experience working in the homecare industry
Must have hands-on experience with Wellsky software / AxisCare
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Provide administrative support using Wellsky platform or AxisCare
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently
Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We're Looking For:
MUST BE IN THE US
Proven experience as an administrative assistant in the homecare sector
Demonstrated proficiency with Wellsky / AxisCare software (please specify your experience level in your application)
Understanding of homecare operations and terminology
Strong phone communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
