About the role
As Principal or Associate Landscape Architect, you won't just be leading delivery - you'll be shaping the landscape architecture function of Sheffield, owning new business, expanding the client base, mentoring juniors, and leading design decisions and complex planning. The work spans residential developments, commercial spaces, infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities and public realm projects - you will need a true all‑rounder.

The practical stuff
* Salary: £50k-£70k
* Flexibility: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH) with part-time / flexible hours considered

What you'll need
* Min. 6+ years post-qualifying UK consultancy experience
* Track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
* Chartership with the LI
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and/or Vectorworks (Revit/Civil 3D desirable)
* Commercial acumen and business development experience
