Facilities Manager Gatwick
My client is a leading FM provider. Due to a new contract, they are recruiting an FM manager based in Gatwick. My client would ideally like an FM that is technical qualified or understands the technical maintenance and lifecycle of the contract/relevantFM qualificationsYou will also be able to pass a security check.

Duties will include looking after a team of hard and soft services, making sure KPI's/SLA are hit, making sure all compliance is updated on CRM systems, reporting back to clients, reporting back to contract manager, managing a team of soft services,adminand hard services engineers as well as contractors.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday
55-60K based on experience, company benefits and much more.
