Requirements:
·General management experience coupled with a passion for elderly care
·Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
·Experience of leading, supporting and developing care teams
·Strong planning and organisational skills that deliver high quality care outcomes
·Budget management experience
·Experienced in leading teams in delivering personalised dementia care
·Creative, caring, innovative and passionate about high quality care
Responsibilities include:
·Registered Manager CQC Registration
·Reporting to Directors
·Regular audit to ensure the home is fully compliant and operating well and that there is a consistent delivery of person-centred care to every resident
