You will play a key role in developing the food offer, supporting hospitality and events, ensuring compliance with all food safety and health & safety standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience.As a Chef Manager you'll:Manage the daily operation of staff restaurants, cafés and hospitality servicesEnsure high standards of food quality, presentation and customer serviceSupport and develop innovative food offers and commercial initiativesCoordinate hospitality and special events, including occasional out-of-hours supportManage budgets, stock control, purchasing and financial reportingEnsure compliance with food hygiene, allergen management, COSHH and health & safety regulationsLead, motivate, train and develop catering teamsConduct audits, risk assessments and due diligence checksBuild strong relationships with clients, customers and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate documentation, payroll and operational recordsWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in catering or hospitality managementStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience managing budgets and delivering financial targetsExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesGood understanding of food safety and compliance requirementsFood Hygiene Certificate and catering qualifications or relevant competency preferredWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
