Exeter Supply Partnership (ESP) is seeking enthusiastic and reliable P rimary Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in our partner schools throughout Devon and Torbay.
About the Role
As a Supply TA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and engagement. Typical responsibilities include:
* Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Working with small groups or individual pupils
* Supporting teachers with learning activities
* Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Placements vary from day-to-day supply to short term assignment s, depending on your availability.
Experience & SEND Knowledge
We are particularly interested in TAs who have:
* Experience supporting children in primary settings
* Strong behaviour support skills
* Confidence working with pupils with SEND, including:
o Autism
o Speech, language & communication needs
o ADHD
o Social, emotional and mental health needs
Experience with EHCPs, adaptive learning strategies or 1:1 support is a strong advantage.
