The Role
As an Executive Search Trainee Consultant, you will be trained to operate as a market advisor, not a transactional recruiter. This is a performance-based role suited to individuals who enjoy responsibility, accountability, and continuous development. You will learn how to:
Engage and advise high-calibre lawyers
Build trusted relationships with elite law firms
Understand complex legal markets and hiring dynamics
Develop a personal brand within the Zagros platform
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with lawyers across UK, US and international markets
Conduct structured, professional conversations with candidates and clients
Build and maintain a high-quality network within the legal sector
Support live mandates and recruitment processes
