Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics to students ranging from primary to secondary education levels. Plan, prepare, and assess curriculum and coursework in accordance with the school's standards and guidelines. Establish clear objectives for lessons and communicate them to students. Engage with students individually and in group settings, providing feedback and support to foster their academic growth. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' progress is monitored and supported. Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, pedagogies, and curriculum changes in the field of Mathematics education. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching Mathematics at primary or secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners. Passion for education and commitment to ongoing professional development. Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.
