Overview
Social Account Manager role at Ogilvy UK. 12-month fixed term contract located in London. Reports into Client Partner. Full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Client Relationship Management: Build and create productive client relationships with junior and mid-level clients throughout the delivery of projects, clearly communicating and managing expectations.
* Drive strategic input: Act as the client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance with insight into marketing, best practice and performance, and contributing opinions about briefs and work.
* Campaign delivery: Manage campaigns across a high-profile international B2B tech client, collaborating with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver advertising campaigns and content for a global audience.
* Team coordination: Manage two small local teams, align with global strategy, and facilitate effective communication with the global network.
* Performance and analytics: Work with the Client Partner and data teams to ensure content performs and insights inform ongoing optimization.
Required Skills And Experience
* 4+ years of social media account management experience (B2B experience a plus).
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven project management skills.
* Experience delivering paid and organic social content.
* Organised, confident, and detail oriented.
* Passionate about social media and staying ahead of trends.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
