We’re expanding our Sales Development team!
Are you looking to start or grow your career in a positive and collaborative sales environment where teamwork drives success? At Tailor Made Technologies (TMT), you’ll work closely with our experienced Business Development Managers, gain valuable insights into the IT and Cyber industry, and earn uncapped commission for every qualified meeting that sits.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 5 SDRs, all here to support your growth. Your day will be spent reaching out to potential business clients, learning about their IT and Cybersecurity needs, setting up meetings for the wider sales team. We give you the tools and freedom to plan your own day — and your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
You’ll work alongside a dynamic sales team that includes a Sales Director, 5 BDMs, 5 SDRs, and 6 Account Managers — all ready to help you succeed.

Duties and responsibilities of our Sales Development Representative:
As one of our SDRs, you’ll be the first voice a potential client hears from Tailor Made Technologies — so you’ll need to bring confidence, curiosity, and a professionalism.
Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:
* Calling and emailing prospective business clients using leads provided by our marketing team
* Understanding each client’s IT and Cyber needs
* Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for our Business Development Managers
* Managing your own time and workload while contributing to the wider team’s success
* Maintaining accurate records and following up with prospects where needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Eager to start or grow their sales career
* Comfortable communicating with new people
* Motivated by targets and commissions
* Organised and detail-oriented
* A strong team player who’s also self-motivated
* Resilient, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
* Previous B2B or B2C sales experience (remote or in-person)
* Experience or interest in technology sales (IT/ Cybersecurity)
But don’t worry — if you’re just starting out, we’ll provide the training and tools to get you up to speed.
