An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cambridge branch for a full-time Branch Administrator to become a valued and key member of our busy team. This role is the vital link between our team and clients, and you'll play a central role in keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sales support for our sales consultants
* Accurate data entry and processing
* General office administration
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
* You’ll bring a positive attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to stay cool under pressure. Key qualities include:
* Strong computing and data entry skills
* High level of organisation and accuracy
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks with confidence
* A can-do attitude with a bright, energetic personality
* A fantastic phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
