FINANCE ANALYST - LONDON - 12 MONTH FTC - UP TO £42k - HYBRID
Robert Half are delighted to be assisting an innovative organisation in their search for a Finance Analyst for a 12 month FTC, offering up to £42k and hybrid working!
We're looking for a proactive and analytical individual to work closely with the Financial Controller, who will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, and improving the quality of financial data across the business.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
* Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
* Analysing financial and operational data to support business performance.
* Preparing journals, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet support.
* Monitoring cash collection targets and following up on outstanding actions.
* Producing intercompany recharge invoices and ad-hoc reporting.
* Working across SAP, Excel, Coupa, and BPC reporting systems.
* Helping drive process improvements and finance system efficiencies.
* Supporting ad-hoc analysis projects and business improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Graduate or AAT part-qualified, with ambitions to study towards ACCA or CIMA.
* At least 2 years' experience within a finance or commercial office environment.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
* SAP experience is essential.
* Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset.
