Account Project Manager

£42,000 OTE - uncapped commission
We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country.
This isn’t your typical internal sales role — you’re not selling “nice-to-have” products… you’re working with essential infrastructure that every project relies on.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, office-based internal sales (Account Management only) position focused on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders. No cold calling or business development.
You’ll be:
* Full Training will be provided
* Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotes
* Following up quotations to convert opportunities into orders
* Negotiating pricing within set margins to win business
* Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
* Working closely with technical and operations teams to support client needs
* Providing basic technical guidance around products and specifications
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a sales role of some sort
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
