The role will work across all areas of corporate finance & offers full training and support. The Job Working collaboratively with the wider CF team, you will gain experience across the following: Engaging in due diligence projects for both buy side & sell side transactions. Exposure to deal advisory & M&A activity across the local NI market. Working closely & in a 'hands-on' capacity with clients on advisory work. Involvement in financial modelling, valuations, & business development initiatives. The Ideal Candidate To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes: A newly or recently qualified accountant (those who are non or part qualified but have significant experience may also be considered). Previous experience within a Corporate Finance or Audit department is essential. Excellent communication & organisational skills. A passion for a career in corporate finance.
