As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, coaching and mentoring the team, and working towards becoming a Head Chef. You will lead the team to deliver authentic, fresh food and showcase the best our Smokehouse can offer. Our kitchens are centers of excellence for Southern-style cuisine and serve as training grounds for our talented team.
