Job Description

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Tenants, Project Managers, Commercial Agents, Asset Managers, and Landlords.
4. Generate new business leads through networking and third-party partnerships.
5. Research and update CRM with detailed client insights (mergers, financial status, decision-makers).
6. Monitor and manage a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities.
7. Own the end-to-end lead qualification process, from initial contact to Tier 1 appointments.
8. Collaborate with marketing to create tailored collateral for prospects.
9. Attend networking events and organise monthly company events to strengthen relationships.
10. Share market trends and strategic insights with the team to support decision-making.
11. Ensure accurate CRM management and maintain diary planning for targeted outreach.
12. Bring direct projects into the business following company methodology.
13. Manage key contacts through regular engagement and entertainment (lunches, events, coffee).

The Successful Applicant
