Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging MFL lessons across Key Stages. Promote cultural awareness and appreciation of languages. Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the MFL curriculum and learning experience. Requirements for the MFL Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching modern foreign languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and challenge students. Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
