Our Deputy Managers play a vital role in providing that stability and guidance in-home for children and young people who, for various reasons, cannot live with their families.

What we're looking for
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and empowering Deputy Manager to provide care and support for children and young people and will also have responsibility for the supervision of a team of support workers, ensuring they they carry out their duties effectively.
The Deputy Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery and review of practices and systems designed to meet the standards required for children's residential homes.
