You have a passion for supporting children and young adults with additional needs, and you find great satisfaction in contributing to their daily lives by ensuring safe and comfortable transportation to and from educational institutions. What the Job Involves This role involves accompanying children and young adults, usually with additional medical or behavioral needs, on their transport to and from school or college in a Minibus or Taxi. You will cover shifts for Passenger Assistants who are unable to work, with potential work hours between 07:00-10:00 and 14:00-17:00, Monday to Friday. You may also be contacted during the day for last-minute arrangements. The position offers a rewarding experience with diverse interactions as you accompany students across Plymouth and into Devon and Cornwall. Training is provided before starting.
