What you'll be doing as the Quality Assurance Manager: Lead site-wide quality assurance to ensure full compliance with BRCGS, major retailer standards and legal requirements. Provide strong people leadership, supporting and developing Quality, Hygiene and Technical teams to deliver site objectives with confidence and consistency. Own allergen management and product testing programs, ensuring robust controls, risk assessments and audit readiness in a high-risk environment. Investigate, manage and resolve customer complaints, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions that deliver lasting improvement.
