GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art and Design Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston from September 2026 . This is an exciting part:time opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students through creativity, innovation, and artistic expression.
Working three days per week, the successful candidate will deliver engaging Art and Design lessons and support students in developing their practical, creative, and analytical skills across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high:quality Art and Design lessons across KS3 and KS4 Encourage creativity and self:expression through a range of artistic techniques and media Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge of Art and Design Assess, monitor, and report on student progress Prepare students for coursework and examinations where appropriate Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching Art and Design in UK secondary schools Strong classroom management and organisational skills A passion for creative education and student achievement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness )
