HVAC Technical Support Engineer, based near Reading.

The Role
* Providing support to customers with technical issues on equipment at install, commissioning and post install levels.
* Working with engineers, installers and contractors via phone, email, video calls and site visits as required.
* Providing trouble‑shooting, diagnostics and warranty claims on products to include chillers, heat pumps, air handling units and air conditioning equipment.
* Involved with training and advising internal staff and external partners on best practice.
The Person
* Seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer across commercial products to include chillers, heat pumps, AHU's and VRF.
* Ideally coming from a service and breakdown background working as an engineer, supervisor or manager, with the ability to help customers with fault diagnosis.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full driving licence required, with trade qualifications such as F‑Gas preferred but not essential.

The Location
A hybrid role based out of the office near Reading.
Some home working offered once trained, plus visits to customer sites required as and when required.
