Are you ready to grow with Orchard View Primary Academy as we move into our new building in September 2026? If so, we would love to hear from you. Salary: £32,916.00 - £45,352.00 annually (FTE) MPS 1 - 6 (depending on experience) Hours: Full time Contract type: Permanent Start date: 1st September 2026 Interview date: Interviews will be conducted upon receipt of suitable candidates, with any outstanding interviews scheduled for the week commencing 20th April 2026. About the role

Orchard View Primary Academy is a partner academy within the Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust. As a growing academy, this role offers a rare opportunity to join a school at a formative stage, contribute meaningfully to its development and be part of a values-led and ambitious team. Class Teachers- Job Role: To facilitate and encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve the highest standards; to take ownership of and support the shared responsibility for the well-being, education and behaviour of all children. To treat pupils and staff with dignity, build relationships rooted in mutual respect, and always observing proper boundaries appropriate to a teacher's professional position. Job Description: The Job Description should be read alongside the range of professional duties of Teachers as set out in the Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document. Teachers should also have due regard to the Teacher Standards. The post holder will be expected to carry out the following listed below, as well as any other reasonable duties that the Head of Academy may require from time to time: - Set High Expectations
- Promote Good Progress and Outcomes
- Demonstrate Good Curriculum and Subject Knowledge - Plan and Teach Well Structured Lessons
- Adapt Teaching for all Pupils
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment
- Manage Behaviour Effectively
- Fulfil Wider Professional Responsibilities
