The Role
* Long‑term, short‑term and hourly paid positions available

* Competitive rate of pay – £28 to £40 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Requirements
* Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
* Teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, though not essential for some vocational roles
* Experience teaching or training within FE, post‑16 or adult learning settings
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
