Tradewind Recruitment - 1:1 Support Assistant Opportunity (SEMH Focus) Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a supportive specialist setting to recruit a 1:1 Support Assistant for a pupil with significant social, emotional and behavioural needs. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, steady under pressure and committed to helping young people grow in confidence and stability. The pupil spends part of the school day within a dedicated nurture/unit provision and the remainder in a classroom environment. You will provide consistent support across both settings, helping the pupil manage emotions, build positive interactions and stay engaged with learning.
