What you'll be doing Supporting the design of user interfaces and experiences for new digital products and services. Assisting with user research, gathering feedback, and contributing to usability testing. Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to transform business needs into user-focused design solutions. Supporting the development of design systems and style guides. Helping to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts with guidance from senior team members. Promoting accessibility and inclusive design in all projects. Staying on top of design trends and sharing fresh ideas with the team. What we're looking for 1-3 years' experience in UI/UX or related design work (internships and university projects welcome). Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus, not required). Understanding of interface design principles, responsiveness, and multi-device design. Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
