Hill McGlynn is currently working in partnership with a growing residential developer to recruit a confident and motivated Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team based out of their Sittingbourne office.

The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and industry contacts, and supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting cold calls and outbound sales activity to generate new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts
* Identifying and developing sales leads within the construction sector
* Supporting the senior management team with business growth strategies
* Attending meetings and networking opportunities where required
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client communications
* Working closely with internal teams to support business objectives
Requirements
* MUST be confident, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling and sales activity
* Previous experience within a sales or business development role
* Some basic knowledge or understanding of the construction industry is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self‑motivated with a target‑driven attitude
* Good organisational and IT skills
* Full UK Driving Licence Preferred
