Key Responsibilities

Develop both temporary and long-term business strategies to drive growth.
Understand and prepare detailed business cases outlining project life cycles, including enhancements.
Draft expected business outcomes and establish processes for accomplishment.
Validate project requirements and solutions, ensuring they meet project objectives.
Collect and monitor data, including customer feedback, to refine ongoing projects.
Prepare and deliver business reports in collaboration with main line staff.
Create business analyses, including flow charts and diagrams to illustrate findings.
Compile workflows and interpret business needs to outline opportunities and challenges.
Manage day-to-day job duties, including planning, advertising, public relations, distribution, and company events.
Oversee project management and assessment, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
Utilise data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from data sets for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet user requirements.
Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
